We're delighted to welcome the brilliant Jim Carroll back to Dingle for the tenth edition of Banter at Other Voices.
If you're new to Banter, the concept is simple; we gather a cast of talkers, makers, do-ers and players out the back of the legendary Foxy John's bar in downtown Dingle and find out what makes them tick. Banter has become an unmissable staple of the Other Voices experience and this year will be no different.
Jim will be joined by news reporter and author Richard Chambers, Other Voices' head photographer Rich Gilligan, UCC Research Fellow Paul Deane, award-winning political correspondent Aoife Moore, music and culture writer Andrea Cleary, multi-award-winning trad musician Jack Talty, Financial Times correspondent Jude Webber and trailblazing hip-hop duo Mango X MathMan.
*Just announced* Banter will also feature music from Orla Gartland, Jack Talty, Sorcha Richardson and Nicole Ní Dhubhshláine.
This year we're moving Banter into Foxy John's lovely covered + heated beer garden to make sure we have plenty of room for everyone, however we still advise getting down early if you fancy catching one of the conversations. Full details on Banter here.
