Tá an ghné speisialta so de Other Voices curtha le chéile an ag ealaíontóir Áine Ní Chíobháin. Ar chlár na bliana so tá taispeántas ealaíona le cheithre ealaíontóir iontacha: Gerry Barry, Ferg Flannery, Deirdre McKenna & Emma Prendiville in Ionad Chogar, Lána Grey, An Daingean.
Chomh maith leis sin beidh seiteanna acústacha pop-up & focal labhartha leis na healaíontóirí áitiúla Larry Beau, Colm Mac Gearailt & Niamh Varian Barry - ag tarlú ag spás Chogar i Lána Grey leis.
Mar chuid de Other Voices Present beidh ceol againn ón rapálaí Gaelach Súil Amháin chomh maith leis na ceoltóirí traidisiúnta ón áit Nicole Delaney & Kyle Macauley.
Tar éis an deireadh seachtaine beidh premiere d’amhrán Gaeilge & físeán nua-choimisiúnaithe Larry Beau dar ainm ‘Rudaí Beaga’. Beidh sé le fáil ar chainéal YouTube OV ag 2pm Dé Céadaoin 1 Nollaig.

We are so excited to say that Cogar returns to Other Voices this year for a very special weekend of art, music + more!
This very special strand of Other Voices is curated by West Kerry based artist Áine Ní Chíobháin and this year’s schedule includes an art exhibition featuring four incredible artists: Gerry Barry, Ferg Flannery, Deirdre McKenna and Emma Prendiville in the Cogar venue, Grey’s Lane, Dingle.
There will also be pop-up acoustic sets & spoken word featuring local artists Larry Beau, Colm Mac Gearailt and Niamh Varian Barry also taking place at the Cogar space on Grey’s Lane.
There will be music from Irish language rapper Súil Amháin as part of Other Voices Presents as well as local trad musicians Nicole Delaney & Kyle Macauley.
After the weekend, there will be a premiere of Larry Beau’s newly commissioned Irish language song and video called ‘Rudaí Beaga’ which will be available to watch on the OV YouTube at 2pm on Wednesday 1 December.
