Tolü Makay is an artist known for blending alternative pop & soul. Since the release of her EP "Being", she's carved out a distinct space in the music world with raw and empowering storytelling. In 2024, she opened for Disclosure at the Guinness Storehouse's first outdoor festival and recently performed at the London Irish Centre, hosted by Dermot O'Leary.

Tolü Makay's journey gained international attention in 2021 when her cover of "N17" was televised moving the likes of Graham Norton to tears during a viral moment. "With everyone from Graham Norton to US government official Samantha Power praising her rendition of the track" - Hotpress. In 2022, she starred in a documentary  following the life of Lewis Capaldi and Niall Horan in Ireland. Additionally, she has performed for the President of Ireland at his 80th birthday celebration and the 100-year commemoration of Ireland in the National Concert Hall as well as being selected to perform at the 2020 EXPO in Dubai.

Tolü Makay has also graced prestigious stages worldwide, including performing for the CEO of Google at the San Francisco headquarters and receiving critical acclaim in outlets such as Nialler 9, Hotpress, and IMAGE magazine, VIP magazine and the cover of Irish Country Magazine. In 2021, she was awarded the Tatler Artist of the Year award.
