On the first night of The Gathering at the Poisson Rouge Justin Vivian Bond happened along. The IMRO Other Room is delighted to present - The Chakras. This just in, as they say, the latest edition of Q Magazine - as well as giving a glowing review of the recently released Villagers album also cites The Chakras as one to watch. Tell us something we didn't know lads....

Last year they wowed us in the IMRO Other Room. This year they blew the doors off the Church of Saint James. And they released one of the best albums of 2010 as well. OMG it's O Emperor!

The Unthanks performing Shipbuilding for Other Voices 2012 in St. James' Church, Dingle.

The one and only Seasick Steve came to Dingle for Series 6 of Other Voices and he sang about hobos and chiggers and told us about his three string Trans-Wonder - it was made in Japan you know - in no time flat he blew us all away.

From the mean streets of Monaghan to.... well to the Church of St.James anyway. Maybe the success story of 2010, give it up for Ryan Sheridan!
