We're looking for a new Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant!

July 23, 2026

Other Voices is looking for a creative, Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant with a passion for music and a sharp understanding of how audiences discover musical content online to join the team this autumn.

Who are we?

South Wind Blows Productions has been at the forefront of music television and cultural programming for over thirty years, celebrating what's about to happen and capturing what's about to disappear. As the creators of Other Voices, we've spent over two decades bringing incredible artists to unique places in Ireland and around the world, from the intimate setting of St. James' Church in Dingle to events in Berlin, London, New York, Austin, Cardiff and beyond.

Today, Other Voices is as much a digital platform as it is a festival and television series. Across livestreams, social media, original content and live events, we're constantly finding new ways to connect audiences with artists and stories.

Who are you?

As we head into another busy season, we're looking for someone who understands how people discover music online today, knows how to make great video content reach audiences, and can write compelling social copy in their sleep. Someone with exceptional instincts for social media, a love of visual storytelling, and the creativity to reimagine the incredible content we capture across our live events, broadcasts and productions for audiences on platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

Working with the wealth of footage created across Other Voices productions, alongside the ongoing stream of performances, broadcasts and events we produce each year, you'll help shape engaging, platform-first content that introduces new audiences to the artists, performances and stories at the heart of everything we do.

This role is as much about about unlocking the value of our rich archive as it is about capturing brand new content - you’ll be able to find the moments that stop people scrolling, spark conversation and inspire audiences to discover more, and transforming them into engaging content that feels native to each platform while staying true to the Other Voices brand.

While social media will be a focus of the role, you'll also become an integral part of the wider digital marketing team. Working across a busy calendar of live events, you'll gain hands-on experience in every aspect of Other Voices' digital output - from copywriting and email marketing to liaising with artists, managers and labels, reporting, running livestreams, and the day-to-day coordination of our digital channels.

If you're someone who is endlessly passionate about music, social media trends and the evolving ways audiences discover artists online, we'd love to hear from you!
