The brand-new series of Other Voices kicks off tonight, 26 February, at 11pm on RTÉ2 and available to view worldwide via the RTÉ Player.
We’re starting things off strong with plenty of extraordinary performances and intimate conversations with some of your favourite acts. Joining us for the series premiere; Michael D. Higgins & Myles O’Reilly, Amble, Dove Ellis, Florence Road, and MOIO.

Michael D. Higgins & Myles O’Reilly
To celebrate the release of Against All Certainty, we were honoured to have former President of Ireland Michael D. Higgins and legendary musician and filmmaker Myles O’Reilly open our Dingle festival last November. This performance brought together two of Ireland’s most distinctive creative voices for a rare synergy of sound and spoken word, a moment that will surely be remembered as one of the most significant ever seen in the Church of St James. Tonight, we see them perform from the album and share an insightful conversation between Michael D. Higgins and Annie Macmanus.

Amble
It has been a massive year for the Irish trio Amble, whose debut album Reverie soared to number one and earned an RTÉ Choice Music Prize nomination. In just over two years, they went from quitting their day jobs to selling out three 3Arena shows and amassing over 115 million streams. Their performance struck a deep chord with an adoring audience in Dingle, and we're sure it will with you at home, too!

Dove Ellis
Hailing from the west of Ireland, Dove Ellis is an artist who has been at the centre of much-deserved industry hype for some time. He arrived in Dingle following a U.S. tour supporting Geese, and has since released his debut album Blizzard which received five-star reviews from both The Irish Times and The Guardian. Having delivered a truly remarkable Church debut, are so excited to be able to share this with you in tonight's episode.

Florence Road
Wicklow’s indie-pop quartet Florence Road are rising fast. Lifelong friends Lily, Emma, Ailbhe and Hannah channel the spirit of The Cranberries with the bite of Wolf Alice, crafting songs that brim with honesty and emotion. Their recent Fall Back mixtape has earned nods from Olivia Rodrigo and beabadoobee, and their OV debut proves exactly why they're one of the most talked-about names in the Irish music scene.

MOIO
Coming from the IMRO Other Room, we shine a light on Nigerian-Irish artist MOIO. A singer, songwriter, and producer, he blends R&B, indie, and soul with effortless ease. His performance captures a unique fusion and a creative energy that marks him as a standout talent worth keeping an eye on.
Watch Episode 1 tonight, 26 February, at 11pm on RTÉ2 or catch-up wherever you are in the world on the RTÉ Player.
