We are happy to confirm that Walking on Cars have been added to the lineup for Other Voices Derry ~ Londonderry. The Dingle natives are no strangers to Other Voices. Having grown up in the Other Voices Motherland, they've witnessed the best of Irish and international talent strolling through the gates of St. James'. They performed the IMRO Other Room in December 2012, and we’re delighted that they'll be following in the footsteps of Villagers, James Vincent McMorrow and many others by taking a step up onto the Main Stage in The Glassworks this February.

You may have come across FanFootage in Dingle last December on the Music Trail. They're coming back for a second helping in Derry and will be on site for most of the Music Trail gigs around the city. Their aim is to match all fan-shot videos of Music Trail performances with professionally-recorded live audio. Linked videos will be available within 24 hours on the Other Voices website so you can relive and share the performance from different fan viewpoints, all with great sound. For more information on how you can be part of the fan footage crew visit https://fanfootage.com/ and download the app.
The final element added to the already packed weekend of events will see OneTwoOneTwo, the music documentary festival, screen three films over the weekend. OneTwoOneTwo will bring three of our favourite Other Voices-themed music documentaries to the Nerve Centre. First up, it's the greatest music documentary of recent years, The National's tale of on-the-road brotherly love with MISTAKEN FOR STRANGERS, which will screen on Friday at 5.30pm. On Saturday at 5.30pm, THE FRAMES: IN THE DEEP SHADE is a feature length film with a difference, tapping into what makes this band magic. The filmmaker Conor Masterson will be in Derry for a Banter session with Jim Carroll. On Sunday at 5.30pm, possibly the greatest Irish band of their generation THE GLOAMING reveal themselves in MOMENT TO MOMENT, a beautiful documentary about wild creativity. All of these events are FREE but ticketed, click here to secure your seat.
Tickets for The Glassworks are free and can be won through various online and media competitions all details can be found here. Tickets will also be available across the weekend at various events.
