The second episode of our new series lands tonight, Thursday 5th March, at 11pm on RTÉ2 and the RTÉ Player 🛸
Joining us for another hour of music and conversation from the heart of Dingle town: Dry Cleaning, shame, Jessy Blakemore and DUG.

Dry Cleaning
South London’s Dry Cleaning bring their one-of-a-kind sound to St James’ Church, sharing material from their new album Secret Love. Built on Florence Shaw’s unmistakably precise spoken-word delivery and the band’s sharp musicianship, it’s a performance that finds the magic in the mundane and is a masterclass in being cool without even trying.

shame
shame are at their blistering best here in St James'. These five childhood friends have grown up together on stage, and that lifelong chemistry and sense of fun oozes through their set. Playing songs from their latest album Cutthroat, it'sloud, it's fast, and it's supercharged. We were thrilled to have them with us in Dingle and can't wait for you to see this performance in all its glory.

Jessy Blakemore
Jessy Blakemore’s music feels like a late-night confession shared with a close pal. Her sound weaves through R&B and soul, and her performance in the Church is just gorgeous. Fader says her voice will be everywhere soon, and we definitely agree - we think you are going to love getting lost in these songs.

DUG
We’ve been aboard the DUG hype train for a while now, and we were so excited to be able to welcome them to the IMRO Other Room following the release of their debut album Have At It!. This collaboration between Jonny Pickett and Lorkin O’Reilly is built on brilliant storytelling, blending American and Irish folk traditions with plenty of warmth and humour. They bring a massive amount of heart and a bit of a wink to everything they do.
