The Mercury Music Prize and Other Voices

Pondering over the Mercury Music Prize nominations at the weekend and THREE of the shortlisted acts this year have been with us on the show! Both Anna Calvi and Everything, Everything were with us on the most recent series, Other Voices 9 and our good friends Elbow were last with us on Series 7.

Spent the weekend listening to some interesting Mercury music that hadn’t been on our radar and we got to thinking about the haul of Mercury Music Prize winners and nominees that have made the pilgrimage to Other Voices in Dingle over the years!
