Sorry & Master Peace added to the Other Voices Cardigan Church Line-up

With just over two weeks to go until we gather once again in Aberteifi, we’re thrilled to announce the final two acts joining the Church of St Mary’s line-up — London five-piece Sorry, and UK rapper Master Peace!

Sorry's genre-bending sound has earned them acclaim for its blend of wry lyricism, woozy melodies and angular guitars, while Master Peace – winner of the Rising Star Award at last year’s Ivor Novellos – has marked himself out as one of the most exciting voices on the UK scene today, with a bold, infectious approach to indie, rap and pop. They join the previously announced Gruff Rhys, KhakiKid, Melin Melyn, Panic Shack, Westside Cowboy and Ye Vagabonds who'll be making their way to Cardigan later this month.

We’re also delighted to welcome two new voices to this year’s Clebran line-up. Author and farmer John Connell joins the Water panel, bringing insight from his writing on farming, the land and local rivers. Writer Jamie O’Connell joins the Home, panel, adding to the conversation on how the housing crises on both sides of the Irish Sea are squeezing our communities. Mae Sorry a Master Peace wedi'u hychwanegu at lein yp yr Eglwys ar gyfer Lleisiau Eraill Aberteifi

Gyda dim ond ychydig dros bythefnos i fynd cyn i ni ymgynnull unwaith eto yn Aberteifi, rydym wrth ein bodd i gyhoeddi’r ddwy act olaf sy’n ymuno â lein yp Eglwys y Santes Fair — y pumawd o Lundain, Sorry, a’r rapiwr o’r DU, Master Peace.

Mae sain Sorry, sy’n plygu genres, wedi ennill clod iddyn nhw am ei gymysgedd o eiriau chwerw, alawon penysgafn a gitarau onglog, tra bod Master Peace – enillydd Gwobr Rising Star yn yr Ivor Novellos y llynedd– wedi nodi ei hun fel un o’r lleisiau mwyaf cyffrous ar y sîn yn y DU heddiw, gydag agwedd feiddgar a heintus at indi, rap a pop. Maent yn ymuno â’r artistiaid Gruff Rhys, KhakiKid, Melin Melyn, Panic Shack, Westside Cowboy a Ye Vagabonds a gyhoeddwyd eisoes, a fydd yn gwneud eu ffordd i Aberteifi yn ddiweddarach y mis hwn!

Rydym hefyd wrth ein bodd yn croesawu dau lais newydd i lein yp Clebran eleni. Mae'r awdur a'r ffermwr John Connell yn ymuno â'r panel Dŵr, gan ddod â mewnwelediad o'i ysgrifennu ar ffermio, y tir ac afonydd lleol. Mae'r awdur Jamie O’Connell yn ymuno â'r panel Cartref, gan ychwanegu at y sgwrs ar sut mae'r argyfyngau tai ar ddwy ochr Môr Iwerddon yn gwasgu ein cymunedau.

Ac nid dyna'r cyfan – mae amserlen lawn yr ŵyl bellach yn FYW ar Ap Gŵyl Lleisiau Eraill, gyda phopeth sydd ei angen arnoch i wneud y gorau o'r penwythnos: pwy sy'n chwarae pryd a ble, mapiau o'r lleoliadau a gwybodaeth am yr holl berfformwyr anhygoel sy'n perfformio dros y penwythnos.
