A firm favourite of the Other Voices weekend is Jim Carroll's insightful and engaging Banter.

An afternoon of intelligent chat with cultural creatives, Jim hosts the event in Foxy John's pub, recording the interviews for his ever-popular Bantercast. As part of this year's Banter, he was joined by luminaries of science, fashion, food and the arts, going deep with the people who are shaping and reflecting modern Ireland.

Below you can listen to interviews with Aoibheann McNamara, Dr. Suzanne O'Sullivan, as well an Arts Review of 2016 with Eithne Shortall.
