Wynona Bleach

Mixing alternative rock, shoegaze and power pop, Wynona Bleach are a 5 piece from Belfast, NI. Since forming in 2018, they signed to Legendary indie label Fierce Panda Records (Coldplay, Placebo, Supergrass) in 2021, ahead of releasing their hotly anticipated debut album on 18th Feb 2022. This debut was Recorded with Bill Ryder-Jones (The Coral) in an abandoned factory in Portugal where the band hauled an entire recording studio from their hometown of Belfast, Northern Ireland - almost immediately after completing a short tour with Alice in Chains as the personally chosen support act for their sold out Irish leg of their 2019 world tour (Olympia Dublin and Belfast Telegraph Building). Wynona Bleach were formed from the ashes of a previous incarnation of the band which performed at the BBC introducing stages at Reading and Leeds festivals, completed a 12 date headline tour of Russia (covering 6500 miles) and supported acts like Lonely the Brave and Feeder. Relentless touring in 2022 coincided with the debut album's release, and as of October 2022 the band were nominated for the Northern Ireland Music Prize for both Album and Live act in late 2022.
