Ellie O'Neill

Ellie O’Neill's gorgeous music weaves a rich, diverse and tender landscape, traversing raw and intuitive explorations of intimacy and loss, friendship and queer identity. Merging poignant lived experience with an esoteric, dream-like symbolism, the complexity of her songs is heightened through fluid collaboration with various band members, while always placing emotional truth at the forefront.
She has toured widely both as a collaborator and a solo artist, and has performed all over Ireland, the UK and further afield, including support tours for Adrianne Lenker and John Francis Flynn, and shows at Pitchfork London and Green Man Festival.
Ellie currently lives in Dublin and is interested in the poetry of Minnie Bruce Pratt and Eileen Myles, laughing, playing football and swimming in the sea. ‘Bohemia’, the much-anticipated first single off her forthcoming debut album, is out now.
