He is known as the frontman of British alternative band Colorama, as a member of The Pretenders and as a long-time collaborator with Edwyn Collins. Working with some of Rio’s finest musicians, Rio 18, he’s made a vibrant, colourful, uplifting and positive album, and he’ll be taking that JOIA! spirit to Cardigan.
