Quote from Philip King, Founder, Other Voices:

“It’s a great delight for all of us at Other Voices to be returning to Wales to deepen and strengthen our relationship with Mwldan and working in partnership with 3 of the most significant festivals in Wales to create and curate compelling uplifting inspirational and entertaining content and to transmit that content from the singing city of Cardiff to the world. Gŵyl 2021 is about working together, playing and singing together with our nearest neighbours and in doing so help ameliorate the anxieties and tensions we have all experienced over the last year."

Dyfyniad gan Philip King, Other Voices:

“Mae'n hyfryd o beth i bob un ohonom yn Other Voices i ddychwelyd i Gymru i ddyfnhau a chryfhau ein perthynas â’r Mwldan a gweithio mewn partneriaeth â thair o'r gwyliau mwyaf arwyddocaol yng Nghymru i greu a churadu cynnwys ysbrydoledig, difyr ac i drawsyrru'r cynnwys hwnnw o ddinas gerddorol Caerdydd i'r byd. Mae Gŵyl 2021 yn ymwneud â chydweithio, chwarae a chanu gyda'n cymdogion agosaf ac wrth wneud hynny helpu i leddfu'r pryderon a'r tensiynau yr ydym i gyd wedi'u profi dros y flwyddyn ddiwethaf "  Philip King, Founder, Other Voices

Quote from Graeme Farrow, Artistic Director of Wales Millennium Centre:
“Festival of Voice has been the highlight of our calendar since 2016, and last year’s festival was shaping up to be no exception. The exciting and ambitious plans we’d made were dashed by the pandemic, but we’re all delighted to be able to work with such outstanding partners to deliver Gŵyl 2021 in March. It brings together the very best of all four festivals, and our shared spirit of curiosity and passion for great performance. We hope it brings a bit of much-needed joy to audiences to blow away the cobwebs.”

Dyfyniad gan Graeme Farrow, Cyfarwyddwr Artistig Canolfan Mileniwm Cymru:
“Mae Gŵyl y Llais wedi bod yn uchafbwynt ein calendr ers 2016, ac roedd yr ŵyl y llynedd yn edrych fel petai yn mynd i fod yr un mor rhyfeddol. Chwalwyd ein cynlluniau cyffrous ac uchelgeisiol gan y pandemig, ond rydym i gyd yn falch iawn o allu gweithio gyda phartneriaid mor rhagorol i gyflwyno Gŵyl 2021 ym mis Mawrth.  Mae'n dwyn ynghyd y goreuon o bob un o'r pedair gŵyl, ein hysbryd o chwilfrydedd a’n brwdfrydedd rhanedig am berfformiad gwych. Gobeithiwn y bydd yn dod â chryn lawenydd  i gynulleidfaoedd ac yn adnewyddu eu hysbryd.”

Quote from Henry Widdicombe, Aberystwyth Comedy Festival:

"We couldn't be more delighted to be working with three other amazing Welsh festivals to deliver this online event in March. Whilst the past year has been an unprecedented challenge for the events industry, an event like this shows that the arts community has also come together as a result of that challenge. The programme of events being curated is astonishing and we can't wait to be a part of it."

Dyfyniad gan Henry Widdicombe, Gŵyl Gomedi Aberystwyth:
"Rydym wrth ein bodd o fod yn gweithio gyda thair gŵyl ryfeddol arall yng Nghymru i gyflwyno'r digwyddiad ar-lein hwn ym mis Mawrth. Er bod y flwyddyn ddiwethaf wedi bod yn her heb ei thebyg i'r diwydiant digwyddiadau, mae digwyddiad fel hwn yn dangos bod cymuned y celfyddydau hefyd wedi dod ynghyd o ganlyniad i'r her honno. Mae'r rhaglen o ddigwyddiadau sy'n cael eu curadu yn rhyfeddol ac ni allwn aros i fod yn rhan ohoni."

Quote from Neal Thompson, FOCUS Wales:

"We are delighted that FOCUS Wales has been able to work in partnership with three of Wales' best known festivals to create Gŵyl 2021. After what has been a dark and difficult year for us all, we look forward to a brighter future and to coming together and celebrating Wales' rich and diverse cultural offering, with a programme of outstanding music and comedy."

Dyfyniad gan Neal Thompson, FOCUS Cymru:
"Rydym yn falch iawn bod FOCUS Cymru wedi gallu gweithio mewn partneriaeth â thair o wyliau mwyaf adnabyddus Cymru i greu Gŵyl 2021. Ar ôl yr hyn a fu'n flwyddyn dywyll ac anodd i ni i gyd, rydym yn edrych ymlaen at ddyfodol mwy disglair ac at ddod at ein gilydd a dathlu gwledd o ddiwylliant cyfoethog ac amrywiol Cymru, gyda rhaglen o gerddoriaeth a chomedi rhagorol."

Quote from Dilwyn Davies, Other Voices Cardigan:

“Other Voices and Mwldan are super excited at the prospect of an extraordinary weekend of music and comedy from Wales, created and shared by our wonderful festival partners. During a time of separation, distance and lockdown, it's all the more important that we - artists, audiences and crew - join together to share and celebrate the riches of our diverse culture.”

Dyfyniad gan Dilwyn Davies, Lleisiau Eraill Aberteifi:
“Mae Lleisiau Eraill a’r Mwldan yn hynod gyffrous ac yn edrych ymlaen at benwythnos anhygoel o gerddoriaeth a chomedi o Gymru, wedi’i greu a’i rannu gan ein partneriaid gwych yn yr ŵyl. Yn ystod cyfnod o fod ar wahân, pellter a chlo, mae'n bwysicach fyth ein bod ni - artistiaid, cynulleidfaoedd a chriw - yn ymuno i rannu a dathlu cyfoeth ein diwylliant amrywiol.”

Quote from Rhodri Talfan Davies, director of BBC Cymru Wales:

“BBC Wales is delighted to be working with Gŵyl 2021. We all need a blast of creativity, comedy and music right now and this unprecedented partnership with four brilliant Welsh festivals promises to be a real gem.”

Dyfyniad gan Rhodri Talfan Davies, cyfarwyddwr BBC Cymru Wales:
